I'm glad you liked our review, it is a bit crazy all in one but we had a blast. It did push boundaries even if it didnt hit certain marks over all for people and it was good to see something different like that on Australian TV screens. Outland aired in New Zealand last night and is airing at the LBGTIQ Film Festival in Boston in a few months so it is gaining strength worldwide. HAHAH I love you take on the Adam Richards 'effect' he is huge in Australia and people either love him or hate him but he did a brilliant job as FAB and was also the cocreator of the show. That's hilarious and I feel like I recognize it... Interesting to hear your thoughts on the show, I think it's probably better to either do a podcast after each episode of something you're watching or do like you did in the end, putting together thoughts on the whole series. I actually thought the show was better in the earlier episodes before the drama took over completely, but that's just me. It was an enjoyable show even if it did finish pretty poorly though. Really nice to see something like that on tv. Gays and geeks are not something that's often visible or get the best treatment in media and putting them together is a rare and beautiful thing indeed. The characters were relatable up to a point. Loved all the little references in the show (the ones I caught anyway). And even though I'm not competing I might as well say that Fab is my favorite character. Wouldn't want to be friends with him in real life but he was the most entertaining one.
